Meets in the Cafe of The Crossing
 High school school students can dig deeper in their faith walk with relevant and challenging topics facing today's youth in a small group setting. Crossroads is based on Jeremiah 6:16 where the scripture says,
"Stand at the crossroads and look; ask for the ancient paths, ask where the good way is, and walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls." CONTACT

HEALTH FORM Prior to each youth mission trip or overnight youth event with COS, we need to have the most updated medical form on hand. To do this, please follow the below instructions.
1) Download the form here. 2) Fill out carefully and sign. [Note: if you are submitting online, your typed name will serve as signature.]
3) Save your child's medical form by their last name. [Example: Salter_MedForm.doc] If you have more than one child, include their first name as well. Example: SalterBrandon_MedForm.doc]
3) Upload the file in the box to the right.
4) When you've successfully uploaded the file, you will be redirected to the home page. If there are any problems with the upload, you will be prompted to try again.

Fusion is the dynamic group that serves the youth (6th - 12th grade) of the community with a place to explore their faith, discover ways to further their relationship with Christ and together take the love of Christ down the halls of their schools, their homes and into the community. Together this group supports one another with love, laughter, music and prayer. Interact
