Stephen Ministers

Lay Visitors

A team of Lay Visitors visits COS members in the hospital, nursing home, or folks who are shut-ins. The Lay Visitor will serve communion to those that wish to receive the Sacrament.

S.O.U.L. Ministry (Serving Others Undergoing Loss)
This team provides a meal following a funeral or memorial service for those who experience the death of a loved one.

Caring Cooks
Individuals and families within the Church of the Shepherd community who give birth, are hospitalized, or are undergoing a crisis, may have meals provided to them for a period-of-time.

Funeral Support
It is our desire to have an individual attend the visitation or funeral when someone within our community of faith experiences the death of a mother, father, sister, brother, son or daughter.
